TERROIR
The Bussières terroir is the first notable escarpment in the southern Mâconnais region. This 2.20-hectare plot faces north-northwest. The vines thrive on clay-limestone soils.
TASTING AND PAIRINGS
This wine has rich, indulgent aromas of vanilla, pear, pineapple, and white flowers. On the palate, it is elegant and pure, with a hint of citrus on the finish, embodying all the charm of a great Mâcon. It is an ideal aperitif wine. It can be paired with white meat in cream sauce, such as veal blanquette, or with cheese. Drink within 2 to 5 years.
