TERROIR
This cuvée is made from grapes grown in the northern and western parts of the Mâcon-Villages appellation. The plots are selected for their late ripening and the high limestone content of their soil.
TASTING AND PAIRINGS
Bright yellow color with green highlights. Complex nose combining notes of flint and fresh white fruit. On the palate, the wine is both full-bodied and juicy, with a lively structure and a lingering finish that echoes the mineral notes on the nose. Drink within 2 to 5 years.
Enjoy with mussels or a seafood gratin.
