TASTING AND PAIRINGS
With a deep golden yellow color, this wine captivates the nose with its powerful aromas of white flowers, exotic fruits, almonds, hazelnuts, and a subtle hint of vanilla. On the palate, its roundness and smooth, full-bodied texture are dominated by aromas of exotic fruits and hazelnuts, leading to a surprising and intoxicating salty finish that makes you want to pour another glass. Best drunk within 3 to 10 years.
It will be enjoyed with a mature blue cheese, Thai chicken with ginger, or a seafood platter.
