TERROIR

The quest for a generous, mineral-rich Saint-Véran leads us to a methodical blend of several plots. The freshly harvested grapes are loaded into pneumatic presses. The juice is extracted slowly, giving us a delicate aroma. The must is then cooled and clarified. Vinification takes place in stainless steel vats, followed by aging on fine lees until spring.

TASTING AND PAIRINGS

The wine has a bright, clear golden yellow color. The nose reveals aromas of white flowers, citrus, and perfectly ripe yellow fruits. On the palate, this wine combines an elegant, mineral structure with lively citrus notes. It is an ideal cuvée for discovering the Saint-Véran appellation. Drink within 2 to 5 years.

It would be perfect with goat cheese, red lentil dahl, or a seafood platter.
